Unfortunately, there is a Google post that indicates that the Four Oaks parade is from 1-5 pm. We don’t know where Google is pulling that information from. Both the Johnston County Visitors Bureau and Festival Net have the correct information from us. We are making every attempt to get this corrected. Please be sure to let your family, friends, co-workers know that the parade begins at 11 am
