This week– (July 7th) Forming retaining walls on Main Street and Lassiter Street, Pouring Retaining walls on Wednesday, Masonry brick on retaining walls the second half of the week, fine grading for sidewalk and brick paver base.
Next week– (July 14th) Back-fill retaining walls, final electric for 3 phase changeover, pouring sidewalk and concrete brick paver base
3 week look ahead– (July 21st) removal of dry utility overhead poles on the left side of main street
There will be an update meeting for the downtown streetscape project in the board room at Town Hall on Thursday July 10, 2025 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. This will be a “floating” type meeting for business owners and citizens to view plans and address any questions they may have. There will be representatives from Withers Ravenel, Fred Smith, and the Town of Four Oaks present.
