Four Oaks Chamber Foundation Health Fair Coming to the 2026 Acorn Festival!

The Four Oaks Chamber Foundation, Inc. is excited to introduce a new Health Fair as part of the 2026 Four Oaks Acorn Festival!

Saturday, September 12, 2026
9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location:
Parking lot behind Honeycutt & Grady, between W. Williams Street and W. North Railroad Street, just off North Main Street in downtown Four Oaks.

This free community Health Fair will provide valuable health information, educational resources, screenings, and family-focused safety programs from a variety of trusted healthcare and community organizations.

• Smithfield Lions Club
• Johnston County Health Department
• Partnership for Children of Johnston County
• EMS Safety Trailer

Whether you’re looking for health information, preventive care resources, vision services, dental education, child and family resources, or emergency preparedness information, the Health Fair offers something for every member of the family.

After visiting the Health Fair, enjoy everything the Four Oaks Acorn Festival has to offer, including live entertainment, the Classic Car & Truck Show, food trucks, Kid Zone attractions, Camp Flintlock demonstrations, the Vendor Marketplace, Business Expo, Kids Entrepreneur Market, and much more!
