Currently, Fred Smith is waiting on Duke Energy to do underground work and the Engineer designing temporary signal poles that would allow them to move forward with retaining walls and sidewalks. With that said this schedule is tentative on 3rd parties,
Project Progress Overview
This week: May 5th– Preparing for electrical service changeovers.
Next week: May 12th– Start electrical change overs, Duke energy performing underground work and changeovers.
Following Week- May 19th- Electrical change overs and possibly temporary signal poles installed, Work would begin on retaining wall and sidewalks.
