Cassidy Baker has been a Four Oaks native all her life with extensive knowledge about the area. She has always cherished growing up in a small town and loves to serve her community. She is a member of First Baptist Church Four Oaks. In 2017 she graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with her bachelors in Public Health. She worked at Johnston Health Hospital, where her primary role was health education. Her passion has always been to take care of and help others, but she wanted to feel more challenged with her career. Cassidy comes from a long line of entrepreneurs so it was only natural that she had this desire to build a business. Her family owns and runs local businesses in Four Oaks where she learned first hand the importance of hard work and personal relationships. In 2019, she decided to take a leap of faith and start her own business in real estate. Now she gets to achieve her life goal of helping others everyday.

Jon Pugeda has been a native in North Carolina since 2007. Prior to real estate, he had an extensive background in IT finance. He was born in Connecticut and began his IT career in Manhattan, NY. He worked his way to consulting with C-Level executives at fortune 500 companies. Jon worked in a very niche space building data models for companies to show what it cost them in order to provide IT services to the business. This path is what helped shape and transform these skill sets into his career as a Real Estate Advisor. Understanding his client’s goals, timelines, budget; building & refining processes around those goals to become more efficient and provide more time to value with the mindset of achieving the highest amount of client satisfaction. Jon now considers himself a native to North Carolina now being here for 14 years and watching the growth and development of the state take off. He is a father to two amazing little people and they love to explore the beaches and mountains throughout NC.

Cassidy and Jon’s combined experience make them a powerful asset to the Four Oaks community and surrounding areas. In their first full year of real estate, they were recognized on eXp Realty’s top 10 list of Team Sales in 2020 within the Triangle. While honored for this achievement, it is the happiness of their clients that is the most important to them. They have assisted clients all throughout Johnston, Wake, and Harnett counties.

Huebner Family McDonald’s Honors Active Military and Veterans

Participating Huebner Family McDonald’s restaurants are offering all active military and veterans a free breakfast, lunch or dinner sandwich all day on Wednesday, November 11. All military who visit a participating McDonald’s lobby or drive-thru and show valid ID or wear a uniform can enjoy a free sandwich of their choice. Participating locations include:

Four Oaks Car Truck Motorcycle Show & Swap Meet

Due to Executive Order 117 mandated by Governor Roy Cooper on March 14, 2020 and in response to the recommendations of the CDC we have canceled the Four Oaks Car, Truck, Motorcycle Show and Swap meet scheduled for Saturday, April 18,2020. The Four Oaks Chamber of Commerce will continue to follow these guidelines and any updated information set by National and State officials to protect the health and well-being of all citizens. We will reschedule the event once Federal, State and Local officials deem it is safe.
